  Stayed here for a night after climbing mt Fuji. Incredible disgusting and expensive hotel room. That man hole is next to my bed. Aircon is mouldy, and everything is dirty and dusty. In contrast the hotel lobby is quite nice. Cannot recommend.

  With mount Fuji view, quite hotel, a lot local. Mount Fuji view at public onsen, though the mountain appear small because of the distance, but is good enough for us. Good price for Mount Fuji view. N onsen in the room😊👌 hv ice dispenser downstairs, which allow collect the ice cube any time u like, my favourite 🤭🤣 Khya, one Lawson at walking distance behind hotel👍😊 Quet surrounding, gd for relaxation 😊 The room provide different size kimono for adults n kids too. Choose of buffet breakfast is decent variety 👌 N private room dinner is good(pay extra, book w hotel in advance)

  I have never experienced such an unhygienic hotel in my life. We arrived at Mount Fuji with high expectations, but they were immediately shattered. Our room was infested with cockroaches. They were everywhere: on the floor, in the corners, in the bathroom, and even in the beds! It was impossible to feel comfortable or sleep here. We brought this issue to the attention of the staff, but they seemed completely indifferent. They did nothing to address the problem or offer us a solution. Avoid this hotel at all costs if you value cleanliness and comfort. Our stay was ruined, and it was a horrible experience overall.

  We were staying in one of the suites on 5F which had a jacuzzi on the room. The room was very sizable and the bathroom with jacuzzi was the highlight. The view of Mt Fuji was also very nice from the room. The beds were not the best but serviceable. The location is quite nice. You can walk from the big Kawaguchi station and to nearby parks for good photo opportunities. We had meals in a private room with view of Mt Fuji and the food was pretty good. Overall pretty good for a 3 star hotel, I'd say.

  The location is good. It gives me a homely feel. The rooms look aged but the amenities and space are good. Unfortunately I didn’t get the rooms with Mt Fuji view. The dinner was not bad. The breakfast spread was good. I’m kinda disappointed with my agent for booking one night only, I can easily settle here for 2-3 nights. The stay is awesome overall, I love how it feels. For a resort like this in this area, I think it should be one of the best if not already so.
