::Itās not close to the shops, but we perfer that. Service is ok. But the rooms are old style, beds are fine but the bathtub areaā¦ me and my mother just skipped shower lol

::Stayed on March 25th. We stayed in a deluxe double bedroom (with 4 beds in total). The room was really spacious, it's great, and the view is good. Very good when you come in family or group. You can feel the building is old. It's not too bad but not exactly in the best condition either, especially the elevator you can feel it. There are plenty of activities to do, although they'll charge extra for it so keep in mind. You'll have to walk some distance from the building to use the hot spring too. Quite inconvenient in my opinion. Dinner and breakfast were in buffet style. The food is really good. I especially like the pumpkin soup.

::This hotel located in the woods, needs to check in from the main building, but guest rooms will be in another building called SporSion. The room was clean and equipped with all amenities including heater and air con. I book the very large room tgat had 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom which is very convenient. BTW there is no shop around hotel, so you need to buy something beforehand if you want to have snacks or food.

::Rooms are big and clean but a little old. Staff were helpful and briefed guests on the different facilities available. Most sports and games facilities, tennis court, swimming pool, darts, billiard etc, are paid. We were given coupons to play table tennis for free for an hour every day. New drivers may have issues driving up to this hotel and you should watch out for animals crossing the road at night. Shuttle Bus are available for those not driving. Our room was on the 6th floor facing fuji, but it was blocked by the tall trees. Laundromat is coin operated. Washing machine at 300Ā„ for 30min of washing with detergent provided. Dryer is 100Ā„ every 30min of drying.

::Except for rude staff, location, hygiene, and facility maintenance, everything was fine... Elevators swag when going into them. Used tissue papers were found under mattress when I checked for bedbugs (just for precaution). This place definitely needs a refurbishment. The only star goes to the price paid for a half board and the ice cream served in breakfast, otherwise would be zero star. Food served in dinner and breakfast was only okay compared to what one would usually get in Japan.
