  We were surprised by the hotel with an upgrade to a suite due to us being on a honeymoon. That is outstanding service and we were completely taken by surprise, but very appreciative. This hotel keeps your personal situation into account and does something with it. Terrific service and very kind staff! Would very much recommend.

  Small, nice rooms with TV, aircon and a tiny bathroom. Clean, quiet and convenient.

  Nice room. The room's space is average compared to other Hotel Japanese rooms. Average bathroom. Have a great view while enjoying breakfast. Could see the Sunrise.

  I'm here for business. I'd avoid this place at all costs. The beds are absolute trash. If I had a choice between laying on a pile of rocks and this bed I'd choose the rocks everytime. I'd much rather throw myself down a flight of stairs than sleep in these beds. Wifi? Haven't seen it. The breakfast is usually cold, or somewhat warm sometimes. Good variety though. Staff are extremely polite.

  This has been by far the best place we have stayed in Japan. Service is excellent 5 star. Dressed in kimono at no cost and was very patient with myself and my 5 year old daughter.
