Location is excellent, not midst of chaos yet providing excellent connectivity. The service is noteworthy . Something essential for a stay. The hotel offers two kind of breakfast, continental and Japanese. Both days we opted for Continental. Loved the well done eggs Benedict with warm croissants and coffee . For amenities hotel provides a complete skin care & hair care kit for men and women. Impressed. Loved our stay

::Bit old but has nice view of Osaka. Friendly staffs with good location at Umeda

::I have to knock just one-star of the review because the rooms are a little dated - TV does not have Netflix or chrome cast or anything for example - however I think this is reflected in the room price. However, everything else is 5 star. The staff are excellent, the rooms are big, location is good - with lots of dining options.

::It’s close to Osaka station but it’s on the quiet side. I was able to see a pretty sunrise from the window which was really nice.

::The room is very good. It is old but not drab. It is very well maintained. Location is good for those who are okay with around 700 meter walk to the train station (which is perfectly fine with me). A lot of cool izakayas around the hotel. However, there are a few things which the hotel may improve on: 1. Please switch to more sustainable toiletries packages. You’re still using old school miniature sized toiletries. Hotel also washes towels every day and does not give the option to reuse. 2. And this is the most frustrating. Change your gym rules! One, you need to pay extra for gym use, around JPY3300. Two, you need to go to the gym wearing normal clothes and change there. You cannot go to the gym wearing gym clothes! It does not make sense.
