  This is a nice clean hotel. There is a restaurant on premises. Some floors have ice and vending machines.

  Well I booked this Hotel back in December 2012. The rooms were a good price and very clean with modern amenities. I'm writing this review after so many years later haha it was a great Hotel has nice professional staff and had alot of great memories there. It's funny I think about this hotel to this day I will stay again someday.

  Low cost Hotel. Budget hotel. Even lobby counter, their English were not enough to communicate. Everything very small, but clean. Breakfast, so so. Better try to eat out. There,s no water to drink in the room.

  Nice Hotel but they don't have good speaking English Staff. Free Water can only get in the 7th Flr of the Hotel. Yes,no bottled water free in every room. Breakfast is only open at 7AM. So if you're planning to go out early like what we did going to USJ because we want to be there before the gates open, you will not be able to eat breakfast.

  My stay at Il Grande Umeda was very good, but the staff is what was amazing. It is the amazing staff that I would like to give my 5 stars to. When I left the hotel, I left my engagement ring in the bathroom and realized it while I was at the airport. I contacted the hotel after I left the country and they responded very quickly telling me that they had found my ring and were keeping it at the front desk. The front desk staff, particularly Hwang, communicated very effectively to help me get the ring sent to my home. Through excellent English and very polite helpfulness they were able to help me figure out the cost and best way to send my package. Oh, and the hotel itself is in a good location, and it was comfortable and nice, but I am very grateful to the wonderful front desk staff.
