  I used it for the first time. I was scheduled to check in at 15:00, so I entered the building 5 minutes early, and when I went to the front desk at 15:00, the staff at the reception was answering the phone. After waiting for a while, I successfully checked in and headed to my room. My husband was tired from driving for a long time, so he went into his room and started changing into his loungewear. Since it was a card key, I thought the door would lock automatically when it was closed, so my husband only wore his pants. Then the door opened and suddenly a cleaning lady came in. The lady only said, "I'm sorry." I closed the door and left. Let's change your mood by taking a hot spring bath! and went to the bathroom. Let's wash your body! It's hot! ! ! does not enter... I tried to contact the front desk, but there was no phone in the bathroom. I put on my loungewear and went to the front desk. When I told her that I couldn't go in because it was too hot, she said, ``I've just finished circulating...I can come in around 5:00 pm.'' Hurry up! ! . . . . . If you specify a check-in time, you'll be perfectly prepared to be welcomed, right? Nothing is possible! This hotel made me think. I will never come again.

  I stayed here while watching a soccer game at Big Swan. It's in a great location for people who come by car or bike, just steps from the expressway exit and about 5 minutes from the stadium, so you'll want to make it your regular lodging. There are Aeon and convenience stores nearby, so you don't have to worry about eating, and there's a restaurant inside the hotel, so you can eat there. The building is not new, but there is no problem with staying there. Personally, if I were to order one, I would like an air purifier since the windows don't open so I can't exchange the air, and if I could rent a bicycle to get around the stadium, it would be perfect for me.

  It's quite far from the station and feels inconvenient. Aeon is right in front of the hotel, and the hotel also has a natural hot spring. The building and rooms feel old.

  I stayed the night before a concert at the Gangnam-gu Cultural Center. While it's snowing! We had dinner at AEON's Tomi Sushi, the only restaurant area. The room was a normal size, but I was happy with the large natural hot spring bath. The front desk staff was also very kind.

  A clean room, free WiFi, the bed is large enough, HVAC is not comfortable to me, it was hot and stuffy. It seems no restaurant nor bar around the hotel but a restaurant is available inside of the hotel, a big parking lot is available.
