  The staff and team at the hotel was very nice and welcoming. The hotel itself is a bit dated but the major amenities are there. A good experience all round.

  Very good price at last minute booking. Quite spacious room and spacious bathroom too. The location is easily accessible from JR Niigata station (bandaid exit). Staff is nice. Cleanliness is awesome. The hotel decor is quite old maybe because it is made in the boom era but that doesn't bother me.

  Budget priced rooms. Friendly and speedy check-in/out. Free bag storage before and after check-in/out, if needed. Located within walking distance of dozens of restaurants and many large shopping malls. The beds are terrible, though if you don't mind sleeping on springs wrapped in fabric you'll enjoy it. Would surely stay again for everything above despite the beds.

  Nice rooms, if small. Great location and lovely staff. Enjoyed the meals. English language is poor, but not a major issue and expected.
