The famous drool chicken, I thought, ``It's just steamed chicken with some kind of sauce on it, right?'' but I was shocked when I ate it lol Not only is the spicy sauce delicious, but the meat has no odor and is so soft to the touch...I'm impressed with every bite. There was also chicken liver in it, which was also melty and rich and very delicious. The sauce is left until the end as a sauce for other dishes. They also served us some slightly sweet fried bread that went well with the spicy sauce, which was also delicious. Fine and fluffy meat bun dough? It was like. First of all, the appetizers were delicious. Also, the fried hamo and eggplant fritters with chili peppers, the gorgeousness and spiciness of the pepper, the light texture of the fritters, and the melting sensation of the plump hamo and eggplant was amazing...! The overall taste is strong, and the spicy dishes are properly spicy. If you don't have a strong tolerance for spiciness, you might want to order a cold drink, but the inside of the restaurant was quite small, so it was pretty cool, so I'm glad I brought something to wear! The first thing I asked was if there was cilantro. The customer service was smiling and we had a delicious and fun time ♡

::Last night, six of my colleagues from the company had a dinner to celebrate the end of the year! All of us received the 10,000 yen Suifuyou course. First, an appetizer of shrimp marinated in Shaoxing wine. The jellyfish has a light yet strong flavor. Next was the crispy oyster fritters. And since the drooling chicken had a little bit of the spicy and umami sauce left over, they prepared some fried bread to dip it in. The tender stir-fried beef, the colorful soup with garland chrysanthemums, the light noodles with duck meat, etc., were all wonderful dishes that showed that they were made with top-class ingredients and elaborately prepared.🧡We had a lot of fun talking. The menu is It was in units of 3, but they were able to accommodate the number of people. As soon as I ate the first item, Droolfish, I was like, ``This is it! ️ and the expectations started skyrocketing. I think I could eat three bowls of rice just with the drool sauce. The xiaolongbao I ordered additionally had thin skin. My personal best xiao long bao. Dim sum is mainly steamed food It's not too meaty, and the harmony of the shrimp and meat makes it light. It's obvious, but each one has a different taste, and the shape is not torn or broken at all, and it is truly beautiful. The main shrimp chili is my favorite type with egg, and I finished it without leaving any sauce. For the final rice dish, after thinking about choosing one type per group, I decided on Dandan noodles. It had just the right amount of spiciness and the sesame flavor was delicious! The people on both sides have more items than us. Since I had ordered a course, I was able to enjoy it while looking at it a little sideways. I thought dim sum would be the main dish, so I guess I was right about adding it. Since they are particular about seasonings, they also sell bottled XO sauce and drool sauce, so you can enjoy it at home! If I go to Kobe again, I definitely want to visit!

::We had a dim sum lunch. The drooling chicken and soupless tandan noodles were exquisite. The other dim sum was also delicious. The swan pie looks beautiful and looks like a work of art. It was quite filling so I gave up on it this time, but next time I'd definitely like to try the mapo tofu. My favorite shops in Kobe have increased.
