  Recently, my period of stay had changed, so I went to apply, but I had to wait for almost an hour, and the bank employee told me that the procedure had already been completed and that my residence card had been returned. A few days later, I was unable to withdraw money from an ATM, and a problem occurred where I was asked to "please apply for an extension of stay." In the end, even though I had to wait for an hour, the procedure was not completed. I couldn't get my work done because I couldn't withdraw money from an ATM. It was very difficult. This is the first time I have experienced this poor service.

  The information staff and counter staff are very bad and I feel bad every time I go there. I also see high-pressure attitudes toward the elderly. I try to avoid going there as much as possible, but since it's in my neighborhood, that's not an option, so I'm in trouble.
