  Opened an account on 2015 which was extremely easy for a foreigner. In the 7 years of having an account, I’ve never had an issue. I left Japan 2 years ago and came to close my account today. It was quick and easy. Thanks for the great service

  Highly recommended if you like wasting your time and bad customer service. Got in at 11:20 on a wednesday, get told to wait in line without even being asked what my business was. I simply wanted to change my registered hanko. As 2nd in line, I wait a full 55 minutes, only to be repeatedly told that I still need to wait my turn. It's a simple 1 sheet procedure. Will find a new bank shortly.

  I AM a customer of Shinsei Bank and have an account...your building ‘security’ and cleaners are a joke. You are *staff and not responsible for bicycles being parked there. CUSTOMERS bring *YOU money so *RESPECT them.

  Great service. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I got my card on the spot. Sign up was easy.
