::I used it as a birthday surprise for my boyfriend (current husband). All the staff members were very polite and made me feel very welcome. The room was very clean and beautiful, and it was so comfortable that I wanted to live there! As for the bath, there was an open-air bath right after you left the bedroom, so you could enjoy it 24 hours a day whenever you wanted! The food was so delicious that I still can't forget it! I had made a reservation for a surprise cake, but thanks to their excellent timing, I was able to surprise my husband! I would definitely like to use the hotel again for its warm and attentive services and space to soothe your daily fatigue!

::Overall experience isnt good. Ive been to many onsen hotels in different areas of Japan and this is the worst. Room is okay, not new. No WiFi. Outdoor onsen in room was ok. Food was bad, i mean you cant go wrong with Japanese food but this place is just not good. Appetizer shrimp still has the intestine clinged to it. Every small “pastries” are tasteless. Shabu soup base was only daishi and soysauce. They didnt even prepare the veggie in it. Dinner is only at 6pm no other time. Rush every plate in and hand us dessert at 6:50. Speaking of dessert, its made of grapefruit. Dessert? Grapefruit? Its sour. It could be a gd dish as a mid course but not as a dessert.

::Short version: it was an amazing stay! :-) We got 2 nights in this beautiful Ryokan and enjoyed it so much. Very friendly staff, helpful and try to make everything possible you are looking for. Maybe not the best english, but it doesn't matter. The room was quiet big, even the bath. Outdoors, we got a private onsen, which was great. Very clean and privacy. The dinner was absolutely amazing, it was the best food in our trip. Absolutely fresh and unbelievably tasty. It is a bit pricy, of course, bit it is absolutely worth the money. I can definitely recommend and will stay again.

::Nice and cosy environment for a truly relaxing vacation with a private hot spring in your room. If you enjoy privacy and a quiet getaway, I would highly recommend this place.
