  When I went to exchange money, there was no exchange machine and I was accepted, but the lady at the reception desk was very condescending and irritated me. Even 1 star is high enough. I have some thoughts about other bank employees, but are bank employees great? I won't go to that bank anymore.

  The parking lot is now Times, so it's a hassle to get admission tickets at ATMs. I wish they would charge only at night.

It's annoying to be persistently asked to do something that cannot be done according to company policy. I'm not saying this is an impossible problem. If it's impossible, just refuse, but no matter what, the atmosphere and response are the lowest class. And the document I received is written incorrectly. One of the most unfriendly banks I've ever been to. I decided not to go to the counter at least.
