  I went there for the first time in a while. Usually, I only use ATMs, but since there are only a few banks where I can transfer money, I went there on my day off.

  When I went to exchange money, there was no exchange machine and I was accepted, but the lady at the reception desk was very condescending and irritated me. Even 1 star is high enough. I have some thoughts about other bank employees, but are bank employees great? I won't go to that bank anymore.

  The parking lot is now Times, so it's a hassle to get admission tickets at ATMs. I wish they would charge only at night.

  For some reason, the staff are looking down from above. I understand that you are asking for advice, but you sigh in exasperation and look annoyed, but I don't know what's bothering you. It's annoying to be persistently asked to do something that cannot be done according to company policy. I'm not saying this is an impossible problem. If it's impossible, just refuse, but no matter what, the atmosphere and response are the lowest class. And the document I received is written incorrectly. One of the most unfriendly banks I've ever been to. I decided not to go to the counter at least.
