  The customer service here is bad. If you can't understand what the customer is saying or if you're not good at explaining things, they'll give you a look of disgust and ask you back, ``What are you talking about?'' It's scary. I was surprised because I have never had such a feeling at other Yamagata Banks. Impossible.
