::I was thinking of ordering natto ramen, but since I couldn't find it anywhere in the prefecture, I ordered sauce ramen. This amount is enough for Shibasaburo Kitasato. The soup is dandan noodle soup plus kimchi soup. The meat is tender and the cabbage core is good♪ The table is old and in good condition, but the walls are new so I feel uncomfortable.

::There's a ramen shop right next to Aeon Akita Chuo store that I've been interested in for a long time. Although it is famous for its natto ramen, there are many other menu items besides ramen, and this time I ordered the meat hot pot set meal, which was simple and delicious. As others have written, it gets crowded during weekday afternoons, so I think it's best to go at different times.

::Both the owner and the proprietress were friendly and easy to talk to, so I was able to eat with peace of mind. I ate the famous natto ramen here and it was amazing! The sticky taste of natto is also present in the soup, and the flavor is brought to life. The quantity and temperature were just right ♪ However, if you are a small eater, it might be quite filling. Just like tanmen, there are vegetables, so I'm satisfied. Thank you for the meal.

The soup is also thin...💧 In addition to this, I also ordered a single katsudon, but I was surprised at how small it was...💧 The taste of the katsudon didn't match, and even though the prices were for individual items, the price was high, and I felt that my satisfaction was low. It also serves as the employee cafeteria for Tobu Gas Co., Ltd. across the street, so it's very crowded during the day on weekdays. So, I visited on a Saturday, and there were surprisingly many people working on holidays, so the place was full. The natto in natto ramen is not a topping, but first put natto paste in a bowl 🍜 and spread it with the soup. As for the noodles, I remember that a long time ago there was a description on the raised wall in the back saying, ``Specially thin, curly noodles made with potato starch and no brine.'' It might be similar to Jumonji Ramen noodles. Sometimes I feel like eating.
