    All the dishes are delicious, and the flavor is neither too strong nor too light, and the seasoning is very elegant and gentle. It was a great satisfaction! The plates and tables were stylish and the atmosphere of the restaurant was nice, making my visit to Aizu a great memory! We also ate other items such as horse sashimi, stewed horse tendon, raw oysters, persimmon butter, Aizu local sake tasting set, egg rolls, and tempura manju to finish, but the prices were not too expensive and were just the right amount to satisfy.     Used at dinner A restaurant where you can enjoy Aizu's specialty, horse sashimi. It looks like a renovated storehouse, but the inside was very clean and had private rooms. Naturally, I ordered the horse sashimi, and the tender meat went well with the spicy miso. The fact that there are several types of rare Japanese sake tasting sets available is also a good thing for sightseeing visitors. Personally, I really liked the squid, carrots, and herring with Japanese pepper. It's a shame that the horse liver was out of stock so I couldn't try it, but I'm looking forward to it next time.
