::Mountain salt ramen. It might have been the most delicious ramen I've ever had! But it's a very popular restaurant, so you'll have to wait. It is recommended to go early. The soup is really beautiful. Both taste and aroma. I definitely want to stop by when I go to Aizu again!

::We went with 7 people. I parked in the second parking lot...I had to wait for a while, but I was seated right away. It arrived in about 5 minutes after ordering. Everyone ordered char siu noodles with wild salt and half rice, then put the char siu on top of the half rice and ate it as a char siu bowl. LOL I had the Sansho Ramen for 850 yen. Soy sauce-based black sesame olive oil with Japanese pepper in it! Deliciousness that will make you addicted! Soup piping hot, medium-thick noodles, intertwined with the soup. As the black sesame dissolves, the Japanese pepper will scatter into the soup. It's so delicious. The pork belly is thick and soft, and the chashu is also soft, meaty, and juicy. It was delicious. I'd like to try the Sansho ramen next time, but I'd also like to try the Yamashio ramen.

::Daiichi's ramen is always delicious. Clear and flavorful soup Chewy noodles Soft thick menma Melting Char Siu All of them are amazing and impress me. It's really good! It's worth waiting in line to eat! I think it is made with great care and effort. I have high blood pressure, but I end up drinking all the soup without leaving anything behind. (It's such a waste) I'm sure all the staff are working hard every day in the hot kitchen. I will go eat there again!

::It was quite crowded as it is a popular restaurant. As expected, this is a popular restaurant that was even featured on Bananaman's Gourmet! The directions to the parking lot and the inside of the store were polite and I was impressed. I received the Yamashio ramen, and it was very delicious, with a gentle flavor and the char siew was soft and the menma had a great presence.

::Entered the store around 11:10 on Friday, April 5, 2024. Luckily, the last seat in the parking lot was empty and I was able to sit down smoothly. I had the Yamashio Ramen. I felt that the clear and beautiful soup, soft noodles, carefully prepared char siu and Chinese bamboo had a very good balance. It was delicious. The staff was very friendly and I had a good time.
