::2024/7/21 Used for lunch. I ordered miso rose cutlet & rose cutlet with salt. Unfortunately, when I entered the store, I noticed the smell of frying oil and discovered that it was vegetable oil. It can't be helped because of the price, but the fat of the belly meat also lacks sweetness and aroma. I usually go to Tonhiro in Hamamatsu for tonkatsu, so I can't compare it to the sweet fatty loin cutlet fried in lard... I think it's a good idea considering the price of 1,320 yen. I haven't eaten anything other than the tonkatsu, so I might stop by again if I have a chance.

::I was finally able to go to a store that I had been curious about for a while. Basically, fried foods and hamburgers are the main dishes, and the restaurant's recommendation is pork cutlet, which is definitely thick, big, and textured. After being hesitant, I ordered just the fried fish as a side dish and the beef tendon cutlet curry, but the fried fish was a thick white fish with a crispy coating and was very filling. The beef tendon cutlet curry had a thick roux and the beef tendon was melty, and the batter on the cutlet was as firm as the roux, with just the right amount of fat and meat, making it very delicious. When we arrived around 7:30 pm, there was one group in front of us, so we had to wait for about 15 minutes, but it wasn't painful. I was guided to a counter seat. My wife and three daughters visited here, and my wife had the Japanese-style hamburger and salted mackerel set meal, and my daughter had the loin cutlet set meal. There is a parking lot for 8 cars on the right after entering the alley next to the store and proceeding about 50m. It has become one of the stores I would like to visit again.

What surprised me...I appreciate the service where you can choose between white or red miso soup. This time I ordered...a large set meal of loose cutlet. There's plenty of shredded cabbage, and seasonings such as dressing, mayo, and tonkatsu sauce are provided at the table. There are two types of seasonings for the barakatsu set meal. It came with salt and ponzu sauce. First of all, it is recommended to start with salt. Barakatsu has a crispy coating and is very light. Even I, who have a weak stomach, can't get enough of it. Bite size makes it easier to eat Rib meat... It's a bit heavy for me, who is around 50, because it has a lot of fat. Considering my age, I'm glad that it's very delicious and has a wide variety of unusual items. Most customers ordered half and half. Thank you for providing delicious food. Thank you for the meal.
