  Purchased a chiffon cake. It was moldy even before the expiry date. Of course, I stored it in the refrigerator as soon as I bought it. When I emailed them and asked for a response, they ignored me for over a week. If you ask me to, I would like you to send me a photo. When I sent it, it was ignored again. I contacted them again but they ignored me. When I consulted the supermarket where I bought it, they apologized very politely, even though it wasn't their fault, and quickly refunded my money. It wasn't the amount I wanted refunded no matter what, but I was surprised at how harsh the response was.

  I reserved a lunch box and went to buy it. The entrance door was manually opened, and even though it was supposed to be closed properly, it seemed to be slightly ajar, and the first thing the clerk said was, "Can you close it properly?" The customer service was bad, and the taste and price were average, so I won't use it again.

  I bought chiffon cake because it was sold at the supermarket. I had high expectations because the reviews were so good, but I was disappointed...it was dry and not moist. The only things I could eat normally were plain and chocolate. The caramel had a somewhat bland taste, and the strawberries had an adulterated aroma and didn't feel fresh, so I ended up leaving more than half of them 😣 I wonder if the one from the main store would be delicious...

  I recognized it as a cake shop, but it was also a bento shop. A delicious lunch box with plenty of side dishes. The rice is fluffy and the right amount is suitable for adults. The croquettes on this day were curry flavored. The fried chicken has just the right amount of seasoning, and the simmered dishes and sour-tasting vegetables each have their own distinct flavors. If I had to use the same bento shop every day, I would choose this bento!

  The chiffon cakes come in several flavors and are all moist, light and delicious. When I first came to the store, I thought it was a "cake shop", so I thought it was a chiffon cake and lunch box store? So, I was surprised.
