::They have really good in hospitality. Although they don’t speak fluent English but instructions materials all in English. They have free drinks, milk, pudding at morning & evening. One bonus point of this hotel is that there is no reservation needed for private onsen ♨️& it’s free of cost!!

::Everything is amazing! Its a traditional Japanese hotel with superb services and facilities. The room is huge and cozy and with a very nice view of the Zao area. The staffs are helpful, kind and professional. The Onsen is the best that I have had. They offer shuttles to bus station and some slopes so its fine even though it is not a ski-in/out hotel. I went back for one more night on my buffer day after staying elsewhere near the slope; booked myself a dinner + breakfast plan and those are some of my best meals in my trip. The stay feels luxurious but the price was very reasonable. Looking forward to stay there again when I visit Zao in the future. Highly recommended!

::Really enjoyed my stay in one of the traditional Japanese rooms - the village view was stunning, especially in the snow. The location of the hotel is an easy walk to the ski field as well as the village for dinner and the hotel staff were fabulous, always so friendly and helpful to us during our stay. Highly recommend.

::This is Lee, stay on Feb-4 to Feb-8. Hotel's location is very close to bus station, pick up service is very immediate, I used it to go different lift station and snowboarding. All Hot spring include private is open 24/7 which is very convenient to travelers. Staffs are so kind to give their help, I enjoyed a lot when stay here, highly recommend to all travelers who are going to visit Zao.

::I enjoy the stay and food in this hotel a lot. The hotel provides excellent service and the staff are very nice and polite. The room is comfortable and females can choose and borrow a lovely Yukata here. It also provides free of charge individual hot spring area and free transportation to the nearest ski area.
