::This hotel deserves at least a 4.5 star review, so seeing it at 3.7 is crazy. The reception desk is always helpful and kind. They took care of our bags while we were out and about all day after we checked out without any issues. The rooms were tight in space but had all the amenities you could need during a short stay. It's close proximity to the railway line makes it a bit of a noisy spot at times (trains start running at around 5am, and you can faintly hear from the room). However, at the price and perfect location, this one is hard beat. The only thing that makes this a 4.5 and not a 5 for us is the hard bed.

::I can't believe this hotel doesn't have better reviews! It's not fancy, but it's sparkling clean, the staff go out of their way to be helpful, and the location was fantastic - walking distance to Osaka Station AND Nakatsu station! The price is unbeatable, and the included breakfast was extensive (if few vegetarian options). They clearly take pride in providing good service. ð the only downside was the very firm mattress. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

::We really enjoyed our clean comfortable stay at this hotel. The staff were all very helpful and rooms were always spotless clean. The breakfast was simple but always healthy options. Excellent value.

::Business hotel in a good location with breakfast included. The single rooms are a good size, with a desk, TV, fridge and space for luggage. The bedside area consists of a lamp, power outlet and USB port.

::Our rooms are fine . I'd book the non- smoking floor next time as there was a constant smell of smoke on the first night . The location and breakfast is great .
