An excellent choice for Osaka! Located near two different train stations, anything in Osaka and beyond is a quick trip away. Easy access, excellent service, great breakfast buffet.

The room is a bit small, but they keep the room clean everyday and staff has decent english. The hotel is right next to the train station so transportation is convenient 😁

Amazing room and service. room cleaned daily, fresh sheets and towels, and complimentary water each day. Breakfast buffet was great, with a choice of Japanese cuisine, and western variety of food. Location was perfect, right next to the Fukushima train station and a ten minute walk to umeda shopping centre. Would highly recommend.

The location is very strategic. Just across the road from Fukushima (Osaka Kanjo Line) station. The station also have direct train to USJ and also to Kansai Airport. Convenience store is just below the hotel too. The room is quite spacious with a direct onsen water to your room. However due to this facility, you need to pay some onsen tax at the reception during check in, a special tax for using onsen in Osaka. For those with baby stroller or big luggages, the station comes with an elevator, and very easy to move from and to the platform.

This hotel was very accommodating and situated in a fantastic neighborhood. The room and food were satisfactory as well. However, I must mention that their spa services are quite expensive. A single entrance costs 800 yen, and once you leave, you cannot re-enter without paying an additional 800 yen. This policy is unusual for a hotel in Japan, and I found it surprising.
