::A lovely hotel and our favourite during our trip to Japan. We can recommend the executive lounge with its friendly and attentive staff. Made to feel very welcome and relaxed with great food, drinks and choice. Room was very comfortable and clean with amazing views.

::The location is great. Service certainly doesn't meet even average Hilton standards. The hotel is rather old, and while rooms design is nice, they are certainly worn out. This would be ok if not two main strikes. 1) the place is dirty. See pictures. I did not even try hard to look around. 2) staff attitude. This is probably the first Hilton where, when I showed the manager the dirt in the room I got a total " dont care" attitude. And the room 1812 was not cleaned for the next day - poor folks who are staying there after me. But it started with check-in - when we entered the hotel we were approached by a rather aggressive guy who told us to go away as it's not 1500 yet - front desk gave me the key though as the room was ready. It continued with no response on the hotel guest phone line and with zero service at breakfast. Executive lounge was the only bright spot. Bottom line - avoid this place. There are lots of better alternatives around.

::The rooms are a bit smaller than I'm use to, but very nice. Great location. Right across the train station. Staff was so helpful from giving me directions to McDonald's to exchanging money to helping me with taxi service. Would definitely stay here again. Just have to throw this out there, Japanese people are so nice. Other countries can learn a lot from them.🫰🤟👍❤️

::You Japanese get up so early! The breakfast open from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM is excellent. The location is too great. We can eat and buy souvenirs conveniently with joy from morning to night. Check-in is fast. Workers are very helpful.

::Excellent hotel matched by the amazing staff. I highly recommend staying here. The location is great. Rooms were nice and clean. The executive lounge was great, including breakfast and evening social. The view from our room was great. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay a special and incredibly enjoyable experience. We will definitely return. Many thanks to the Osaka Hilton!
