::I could hear my next door neighbor loud and clear… just beware. It’s on a slope, self check in machine makes everything easy and fast. The room is just nice for one person. They have a bath tub in the toilet, a heated toilet bowl. Amenities can be picked up at the lobby, their matcha is quite nice. Coffee only available 6:30 to 10am. They also offer free breakfast. It’s a full Japanese breakfast, very tasty. You need to show your breakfast attendance by pinning it at the board near the lift.

::Great value hotel -- quiet, comfortable, spacious and clean. Breakfast is a plus but pretty basic. About 10 min walk from Otsu Station and 8 min walk from the Lake.

::My daughter and I stayed at Toyoko INN Otsu Biwako Kyoto. Twin bed room, we slept very confortably. Next morning ,We took breakfast .It was simple morning dishes. Total price was very resonable, 7000 JPN Yen.
