  Clean and relatively quiet even though the location is so good- in front of Kumamoto station, and just beside big roads and taxi stands. Hotel’s furnishings are very dated but dont affect the standard of comfort at all. In fact, a very comfortable hotel stay. Have stayed in this chain twice and both times were very pleasant. Staff are friendly and helpful, watching out for you and making sure you are ok as you handle the check-in machine on your own. Smokers smoke right at the entrance of hotel, making lobby a little stinky though. Other than that, i enjoyed my stay here.

  Much cleaner than our first hotel. Breakfast spread was good and service spot on. Staff always on the lookout for your needs. Very busy place but lift is fast. Need more laundry machine as long queue.

  I really like this place as it is located near to station and shopping mall. Really convenient. Had a good window view as well. Though room is Abit small but all good. Clean too 👍 recommended!

  Rated from 10 Location 8 Room 8 Service 8 Facilities 9 Prices 8 Based on star and prices, the hotel is very good and reasonable price. Location is good for guest who need to connect the trains.

  Large high rise hotel next to Kumamoto station (5 min by foot with a traffic light on the way). The room size is the typical one of Japanese business hotels, with the unit bathroom. Very well kept and clean. The complimentary breakfast can get very crowded, so they also provide boxes to bring it to your room. However, the food selection is quite poor, and limited to an essential Japanese style breakfast. For those who want something else, it's plenty of cafes open from 7 am around the station.
