  Came as a family and this hotel is very kids friendly. We booked the kumamon theme room and we are not disappointed at all. The whole room is filled with the cute bear in all sorts of shapes and sizes. Kids amenities are available but pajames is only available for adults. Hotel is very near tram station 4. It’s accessible but not super near the crowded castle area or Kumamoto station.

  I stayed at this hotel for business trip couple days ago. The hotel had some area existed not so much clean, ex. room desk that had much dust on the table. I really never saw that before on other hotels.

  I like this ana better than the one we stayed in Fukuoka. The lead in room was a lot bigger, and we had a good view of the bridge. They also offered tempur symphony pillow if you need. Special call out to their gift shop - they have some nice souvenirs(!). The only downside is there are no family marts around, and the next one is at the JR station which is about 15 minutes walk.

  The hotel was easy to find. Some rooms had riverview. Carpark was adjacent to the main building. The fee was reasonable for multiple entries. Staff were friendly and helpful. They could speak fluent English. Some group tours also stayed in this hotel, so the atmosphere during breakfast time was very tense. There were no convenience store nor average priced restaurants nearby. No attractive facilities for visitors. Walking around the main streets in the area before sunset could be enjoyable because trees were planted along the road. The room size was relatively large and clean. Electrical sockets were traditional ones.

  from the checking in to the checking out, it was a pleasant experience through out. when I checked in I requested a room with a view and the front desk gave me beautiful room. I was very happy with the view. The staff was so friendly and professional. I ordered the massage service it was superb too. I wish I could stay longer, would defiantly would come back. Thank you your kindness and making my stay pleasant.
