  Love the location. Walkable with luggages from Sakuramachi BC. On left of entrance is Family Mart, Macs, 711, 24h Udon & Mister Donut for great coffee. We had Corner Double Rm which is very comfortable even with 2 big luggages. Writing desk com makeup table with mirror & lamp. Full length mirror, fridge, kettle, tea/coffee, hairdryer, etc all provided. Towels very soft. Room is bright and window can be open. We lack nothing. Bed is comfortable with 2pillows each. Numerous charging outlets. Entrance is inside Shimotori Arcade. For those who drives, there’s a multi- level carpark next to Sakuramachi Mall. Katsuretsu Tei is only steps away. Tokyu Hands 15mins walk. Sign up for membership to get 1hr more for check-out. Room/toilet very clean and quiet. Can ask for 2 card-keys. Shower tub is wide and strong water pressure. Front desk is efficient and courteous. We had an awesome stay and will definitely choose Richmond again.

  Great location for a hotel. Everything you could ask for is within a short walking distance. Will repeat back.

  Close to all your shopping, dining, and drinking needs. The only drawback is not having a parking lot in the hotel. The bed is perfect; not too hard and not too soft.

  Great place to stay. Nearby arcade it has easy access to shops, restaurants and bars. Staffs are very friendly but room seems to be a bit tiny. not a problem if you are travelling outside the whole day and only stays in the room for sleep. Wonderful night time izakaya visitings.

  The location of hotel is easy access and surrounded by many shops,mini marts and restaurants in Shinshigai area.The rooms are clean and full amenities.The breakfast is quite well with Japanese style.However,the parking building is 5 minutes away by walking.No onsen in the hotel.
