  Great location close to JR station with convenient store nearby. Good choice at comparatively lower price in Atami if onsen is not a must to you.

  The manager of hotel was less skill to communicate with customers and to solve the problem. We just complained about some facilities were not safety for customers and suggested to them to improve it. The manager called polices to come.

  We stayed in a economy double room for two nights. The room was not big, but it had everything you would need. The front staff was friendly enough. The breakfast was super good like other branches of Tokoyo Inn. There is a Familymart nearby.

  Very good location for travelers and people that work late. It is easy to reach the train stations around it by foot and the staff is very helpful. The free meal in the evening is very delicious and the breakfast is worth it aswell. The "Onsen" (public bath) on the roof/top floor is beside the common room and has coin washing machines and dryers.

  Overall a great experience. The rooms are clean and tidy, along with the washrooms and the other facilities. Staff are friendly and speak pretty decent English if you need it. The breakfast was also quite nice. However, there is only one elevator for a 10 floor building, and most of the time it's not enough. You'll be stuck waiting a minute or two before the rlevatoe reaches you. As a side note, the washrooms don't have locks, and the toilets are on the small side, like most Japanese toilets.
