You helped me a lot with the whole issue of food (I'm very problematic with food) and went above and beyond! The hotel is luxurious and comfortable. What I liked most about the hotel was the onsen experience, the spacious rooms and the courteous service. Totally recommend.

::We felt like royalty from the moment we stepped off the private shuttle from the train station. The hotel has been updated recently. It is such a beautiful property and the rooms are very well appointed. Staff is delightful. The best picture we got from our whole Japan trip was at dinner when we were all dressed in the Yukatas. The only recommendation I have is more snacks in the lobby store. Or snacks during the afternoon hours in the lounge. We were traveling with kids and they were hungry after the long train ride from Tokyo.

::For starters the staff here are amazing !! I was traveling with my 1 year old and they were very sweet and playful with her! The views were breathtaking and the meals were outstanding . I wish we had stayed longer ! The private baths were a great experience. The lobby service is also top notch. Worth every dime for the experience.

::Amazing. This is definitely one of the nicest places I've ever stayed. The rooms were amazing with tons of free snacks. They have private onsens you can book + on the way to the onsens there are snacks. The food there was fantastic. The service was also exceptional. Just one example among others, we weren't able to eat meat for one course and they were so accommodating and worked out another main to go along with dinner.
