Perhaps the reason for the lack of customers is the customer service attitude of this female clerk. As others have written, first of all, I talk to the customers all the time in front of them while they eat. It was very unpleasant. I wish we could talk behind my back. Also, when you order, you will be asked about the hardness and thickness, but they will ask you very rudely. (Looks like it's a pain) Also, the counter will ask you if you don't come out from the counter, so if you don't say it out loud, you'll get a (huh?) look. I thought the store manager was properly instructed. Maybe that female clerk is the store manager? Other people have written the same thing, but it doesn't seem to have been improved. I won't go there again, but the taste is great.
