::The 19th edition of the food-filled journey around Kyushu (Kagoshima Prefecture has a strong tropical feel) Visited for lunch The location is 30 minutes walk from Jigenji Station. It is located near the Kagoshima City Furusato Archaeological Museum. Well, it's basically a place that can only be reached by car. So, when I arrived in front of the store after 12 o'clock,... Even though it was a weekday afternoon, the parking lot was almost full. I waited for about an hour to eat. (Once you are able to enter the store, a store employee will come to your car to greet you) I asked for Eel bowl 3,800 yen But it's an actual eel bowl. Very thick! ! ! ! And it's a whole fish, so... Full of volume! ! ! ! Furthermore, the texture is ground-grilled. Super bling! ! Seriously BLING BANG BANG BON! ! ! Cheats, gifted, tricks, wanted... Taboos, forbidden moves, obvious blind spots, Foul, different dimension, something out of this world! lol So unlike the Kanto-style steamed eel, It doesn't feel very fluffy, but... Full of the original flavor of eel The taste is delivered! ! And it tends to be the case with rough grilled eel. It's also good that it doesn't have any small bones and is easy to eat! ! As it is a famous restaurant, the preparation is perfect! ! ! This is...delicious! ! ! ! Furthermore, it is this thick and large. Eel bowl topped with kabayaki eel The cost performance is amazing at 3,800 yen! ! I regretted not having a large serving of rice lol I can feel the volume for now. For those who want to fully enjoy the "west eel" It's definitely a recommended shop.

::Tip - Get there before 11 and it’s good. Get there by 11:30 and you’ll have to wait an hour because of the line.

::Japan's number one in eel farming area. The “must-visit” restaurant in Kagoshima. Basically, reservations are required. Note that even if you make a reservation, it takes quite a long time for the eel to be cooked.

::Freshly butchered eel, grilled in front of your eyes. One of the best in Japan at very reasonable price too. Needed to wait nearly 1hr despite arriving at 11:30am. Reservation recommended.

::I did not have a chance to taste it no matter I visit to there. Hope I will be lucky next time. Please everyone respect to the restaurant who make food by heart.
