  I was imagining a rich miso ramen, but it was quite bland and tasted a little different than I expected... Is the char siu the one after removing the soup stock? It was quite hard and lumpy, the type of char siu that gets stuck in your teeth... (lol)

  I tried the miso char siu, but I didn't think it had much flavor. If you have a chance, try other types as well. 6 seats at the counter + 2 seats, 4 tables, 2 tatami mats, OK even if you bring young children.

  Speaking of miso ramen in the city, this is the place. Thank you for your help every time. Kagoshima is a competitive area for ramen, but you can't go wrong with this one. (*^^*)
