  A small post office inside Tohoku University Hospital. Although it is small, the counters are quick to respond and there are two ATMs, which is very convenient. It may be crowded depending on the time of day, but I always use the ATM after 1:00 pm, so it's not crowded and I can use the ATM smoothly. It's a large hospital, so they take good care of wheelchair users, but the post office itself is small and narrow, so you might have to be careful about getting in and out in a wheelchair when it's crowded. Previously, you could enter directly from outside, but now you can only enter through the door inside the hospital.
