::Most of the delivery people here ignore the delivery schedule. No absentee ballots will be left behind. If I wanted to come early for a delivery, I could have just made a phone call and told them to arrange the delivery or come another time. I don't know what the time setting is for.

::By far the worst JP Bank Branch I've been to. Poor customer service, no value for customers time, annoying bureaucracy. Got here before 10AM, just to get just 2 documents to submit to an embassy. It took them the whole business day to get it done. Staff were so unprofessional. Seemed not to be knowledgeable of their business. With each question asked, they will have to call their head office, and then turn to you to say "shoshomachikidasai". It will take about 30 minutes before they get back to you. Even at that, they seem not to be able to relay the message, and will ask you to wait for them to contact the head office again. I wish there was a rating lower than 1*. If you have an alternative, please by all means, avoid this place.

::A Yu-Pack deliveryman rings the chime repeatedly and knocks on the door in a short period of time. When I went out and pointed it out, he said he thought the chime was broken even though the sound could be heard outside. Also, the post office is completely unreachable by phone, whether you want to make a complaint or inquire about non-delivery. I called the customer service consultation center.
