  The post office is close to Sun Mall Ichibancho, but it has a large number of ATMs, and the counter is fairly spacious and bright (the brightness is due to the lighting, not the people). Even though it was before 3pm, there was only one person working at the savings counter. It wasn't a problem since I was just working at the post office, but I was surprised that there was only one person in a post office of this size. There were some people waiting (･･;) The male staff at the post office was very kind and worked hard, so I didn't have the impression that it was as bad as the reviews said, but for a post office located in a downtown area, it seemed like there weren't many people working at the post office. It might just be a coincidence though.

  This place is the worst. It's a fairly large post office, but even though there are so many people there is only one person working seriously...Is he really working? can't believe it. You are making fools of your customers by thinking that this will work. Everyone at the small post office is working hard. Why does the person at the counter have to walk around looking for someone to check on? (They were probably slacking off behind the scenes.) In the end, there was a mistake, and the person at the counter was instructed to do so. It's impossible to leave someone who can't do it alone... I feel bad every time I come, but today I can't stand it. I'm worried about the future of the post office. I want everyone to use it and see how bad it is.

  Japan Post Bank and the post office have completely different responses. The post office has cold and unfriendly female staff. I was a little surprised that ward offices don't respond like this these days.

  I had to process the procedure using a postal method that I rarely use, and when I asked in advance by phone, I was told that it would be fine as long as I received it before 5:00 p.m., which is business hours. When I went to the counter a little before 5pm, I was told that it would be a long process and I would have to come 30 minutes early. If so, shouldn't you have explained that when you called? Even though I told them that I had asked them in advance over the phone and thought it would be okay at this time, they were insistent that they couldn't accept my request, and they never apologized for giving me the wrong explanation, and they delivered the time-consuming mail just before business hours. I acted like it was my fault. I felt angry at the very dishonest response.
