::Location is great. Walking distance to almost all tourist attraction here..Fukuoka Tower and Beachside restaurants. Would recommend it for city side-seeing

::Nice location near Yahoo dome and Momochi beach and Fukuoka city history museum. Small kitchen (sink, hot water pot, microwave, single burner and half-size refrigerator) and bathroom with bath and washing machine. Patios with view. Internet access included. Nice pool but totally useless since it's only open in July.

::this residence has large clean room. and there are many tools for cook. moreover price is reasonable! but im not recommend to have a breakfast in hotel.
