::Unfortunately, the hotel is a bit outdated. My room felt worn out, and there was no well-functioning air conditioning. I found the service particularly poor; you have to pay extra for everything, for example, the use of the gym. Therefore, I would not recommend it.

::This is not a 5 star hotel. The hotel is dated, rooms are warn down - and the breakfast is so bad (coffee not drinkable, old bread, greasy omelet), that we only eat it the first of three days. Very few speaks English - how can you have a 5 star hotel and not be able to communicate with your international guests? But the worst part is the service - example: when checking in, they insisted giving us a smoking room, even though we booked non smoking. At the end I had to pay for an upgrade in order to get a non smoking room. Spa was nice though - but you have to pay to use it. 5 star hotels are totally a different thing.

::Stayed three days. Great service! All the staffs and co workers are very polite with great manners! Especially, all of my family members are amazed by cleaning services that they provided each day! Would love to stay at Hotel Okura Fukuoka again if I could visit Fukuoka in the future. Thank you so much for great service!

::Old hotel but still very okura service level. The service is perfect that the bell captain came to us once we step out of the lift to handle our baggage, and then to the room. The parking is not expensive. Can be by day time or overnight. Overnight is just 2000 yen which is a very good price in Fuk. Location is perfect. Right above the station and just couple station away from all main area including shopping or whatever activities. Overall the experience is good for us.

::One of the best hotels in Fukuoka. Great service started from the entrance of the hotel. Porter will help you carry luggage to your room. The receptionist help you check in quickly. In the restaurant, staff is polite and helpful. Flowers in the lobby hall always beautiful. Last but not least. Breakfast is delicious.
