  Location is great. Walking distance to almost all tourist attraction here..Fukuoka Tower and Beachside restaurants. Would recommend it for city side-seeing

  excellent 4-star hotel and residence; very large suites for around 9000 Yen per night for 2prs… 40sqm! with balcony, views, great place!!

  Huge room! Other than it smelled because there werent any non smoking room left,loved this place. Breakfast a bit pricey but I enjoyed it

  Nice location near Yahoo dome and Momochi beach and Fukuoka city history museum. Small kitchen (sink, hot water pot, microwave, single burner and half-size refrigerator) and bathroom with bath and washing machine. Patios with view. Internet access included. Nice pool but totally useless since it's only open in July.

  this residence has large clean room. and there are many tools for cook. moreover price is reasonable! but im not recommend to have a breakfast in hotel.
