::Amano san is seriously one of the friendliest Taisho ! He was so accomodating to us foreigners. Needless to say his Kyushu style nigiris are 🔥 only with using natural flavors instead of shoyu. I loved them all, especially his special Zuke marinade, Kuruma Ebi , Ika , Kue, slightly smoked Sawara, and Nodoguro.

::It s definitelly the best sushi in the world. It super yummi.. perfect balance rice, fish and sauce. Very smooth taste. Love the taste of all Fishes with lemon, salt or yuzu… worthed to wait for 8 months.
