  Excellent place for homemade pasta and pizza made with Italian flour. Great veg salad too. They are also a charcuterie on the ground floor. Restaurant is upstairs. My only tip is to use Google translate for the ‘specials’ menu, which is a separate yellow laminated one in Japanese and had additional yummy options on it.

  Table Nana is a hidden gem near Kanazawa Station - great food, fun environment. There is restaurant upstairs and a cozy bistro / bar downstairs. Chef Hori-san and his team can speak pretty good English and there is an English menu available, making it easy for foreigners to order. They have a selection of tasty Mediterranean dishes, draft beer and good wine options. This is one of my favorite places in Kanazawa.

  The food was delicious. I’m my opinion it is better than the 4.0 rating it has received, though this is the only time I have eaten there. The staff is friendly. I don’t speak Japanese but they made an effort to communicate with me. The main cook speaks some English and tried very hard. It was an enjoyable experience. I will come back next time I am in Kanazawa.

  Good food. Good atmosphere. Downside: Uncomfortable seats.
