::I went there as a newly opened school to pay for my child's school fees. I arrived an hour before closing, and was told that there were a lot of people opening accounts, so I was able to proceed with the App, but I was told that it would take a few days, so I said I'd wait and open a normal account. Even if I wait, the machine stops and I don't know if I can open the store. You can choose to open an account with the app or leave without waiting. The woman at the reception was overbearing and really scary. Also, even though I was talking about opening an account, there was another person sitting right next to me and I could hear everything. No consideration. I understand that there are a lot of people and they're busy, but if it's going to take time to open a new business, maybe they should move up the deadline for reception hours. I was told that it would take an hour for each person to open an account, so even if I waited, there was a high possibility that the account opening would be completed only halfway. I felt nothing but extremely bad feelings. I think it would be better to change the way the reception is handled. This is my first time working at a bank that doesn't care about the people around me. I will never go there again. It was a branch that I really shouldn't have used if it didn't have a tuition fee withdrawal bank.
