  Nice hotel and good location. Room size is good in comparison to other jap hotels. Shopping malls in same building. But TV is only Japanese. All instructions in hotel are also on Japanese. Breakfast is Japanese + western

  The conference welcome dinner was at this hotel. The hotel didn't provide even a glass of wine or a simple bear! We could buy a drink but the hotel didn't accept credit cards! I literally couldn't eat much. The hotel should have considered preparing food for an international event!

  My son and I had a non-smoking, twin room that faced the rail track. It was clean and spacious. We did not hear any train or Shinkansen at all though the hotel is above the JR track and next to the Shinkansen track. The check in process was quick and smooth. We arrived around 1pm and we were handed the room access cards without having to wait till 3pm and without me making any request. That was greatly appreciated especially when we just arrived in Fukuoka Airport that morning. Good service!

  We had great lunch experience here. The food decoration was great, it tasted really good. I love the restaurant atmosphere and really enjoy the street view. We felt welcomed and we decided to come back with our mom next time.

  Great hotel. Very convenient location for shopping and food and nightlife. The price was great for the amenities (almost 3.5 stars). The Breakfast was good, if a tad expensive. The best was how easy it was to catch the bus from the airport directly to the station.
