  I had a lot of reservations about choosing this hotel but ultimately decided on the benefits from travel program were worth the booking. At first, I was taken back. It is so weird to use a key that you have to check back into the front desk everytime you leave. I havent done that before and it was a little weird. However, eventually I became comfortable with that. The staff knew me on sight and it was a really easy process. The room is small but the wifi was great, the bathroom was great, and compared to other Japanese hotels, the value I got on this hotel room was on par with some of the western branded hotels that I use. I would stay there again and that says a lot because I usually need a lot of luxury to stay somewhere but you really can't beat the value and the location.

  I was only there for an event. Great view of the river. Good service. And very good food. A grand, old facility. Elegant.
