The customer service is bad, and even though I made a reservation for dinner, they won't serve me food unless I order alcohol for an additional fee. I could see that the man sitting across from me, who looked like a student, was also confused because he couldn't get food. half an hour? After a while, I read the atmosphere and ordered an alcoholic drink, and the steak (I did my best to eat it) and the piping hot miso soup came out in no time. After that, they kept asking me if I wanted more drinks, and they didn't offer me cold drinks or tea, so I ended up drinking beer and eating. I felt very sick and sick. I don't want you to feel the same way, so I definitely do not recommend this hotel. If you look for it, you can find reasonably priced hotels. Or if you are just staying overnight, we highly recommend eating out.
