::Room is good enough and the location is the best. Close to restaurant, supermarket and Don Quijote.

::Location is close to Esaka Station surrounded by resto and local shops. The hotel staff gave solution by providing additional wifi router when asked for internet wifi accesss from the hotel room not strong enough

::Room is small the staff is hit and miss some people were very helpful and others completely useless normally I can get fast and efficient staff at a hotel of this standard but here they were just okay.

::The room too small. The toilet too small. Don't know if using tour, the room is like this or not. Drinks can refill from outside. The location good, can find anything there by walking. 1st hotel in Japan from 23/06/23-24/06/24. My suggestion is maybe the room can add international socket. Sometimes ppl don't bring converter socket, so it's hard to chage handphone. The breakfast so delicious.
