  The atmosphere is nice, but when we ordered, the food was delivered so slowly that we thought we should go home, and the taste didn't suit us! It's impossible for it to be expensive and not delicious. I won't go there again.

  In addition to beef, they also have scallops and chicken. There are great value sets of the day, and it's nice to be able to eat a few different kinds.

  I've been coming here for over 30 years, and I don't think there's a better restaurant than this one, where everything I eat is delicious and has a perfect balance of cheapness and flavor. However, the customer service is beyond the worst. Even though I had made a reservation, I had to wait in front of the cold winter entrance for nearly 30 minutes after my reservation time multiple times. I'm a patronizing customer, but I feel disappointed that the owner has changed and the store has become insensitive to the feelings of its customers. 5 stars, but minus 3 for customer service.
