::I've been coming here for over 30 years, and I don't think there's a better restaurant than this one, where everything I eat is delicious and has a perfect balance of cheapness and flavor. However, the customer service is beyond the worst. Even though I had made a reservation, I had to wait in front of the cold winter entrance for nearly 30 minutes after my reservation time multiple times. I'm a patronizing customer, but I feel disappointed that the owner has changed and the store has become insensitive to the feelings of its customers. 5 stars, but minus 3 for customer service.
