::I went there after reading the reviews and waiting for it to open. I ate the tuna negitoro bowl, but the toppings were lukewarm, had a strong smell, and had no flavor at all. It wasn't as voluminous as the reviews said, but it was a little fishy so I'm glad it was less. Even Nyumen was surprised. It was a long time ago. Even the noodles you get at the parking lot don't taste like this. Wow, why is everyone giving it such high ratings? Did you happen to go on a bad day? This is not the case at a sushi restaurant. Repeat purchases are not possible at anything other than half price.

::I want to eat both! Lunch for the greedy [Tuna and green onion toro bowl] ¥1400 I got in without waiting at 12:00 on a weekday, but the place filled up quickly. There are table seats, so 3 to 4 office workers come for lunch, and the counter is filled with people on their own. The male to female ratio is 8:2, with a predominance of males. That's no wonder, as the portion is quite large and even a normal portion will fill you up. As expected, many of the male customers were eating large portions. The tuna/negitoro bowl I ordered this time came with a small bowl (bean sprouts on this day) and boiled noodles in addition to the bowl. There wasn't anything else around here so I decided to go for lunch, and I was so grateful to find this place on the internet.

I arrived 20 minutes before opening, wondering why there was a line on Saturday, but no one had come yet. In the end, I was the only person in front of the store even after it opened at 11am lol. It took about 3 minutes after I went to the counter and ordered. The rice bowl arrived in no time. Well, this looks like it's worth eating. The tuna is thick and has a strong flavor. So the soy sauce is probably for pouring over the green onions. The tuna tasted salty and the green onion toro had a mellow taste as I ate them alternately, and even though it was a large portion, I finished it in no time. I was finally able to get my revenge from last time. Oh, by the way, this is a sushi restaurant, but the rice in the bowl was white rice, not vinegared rice. As someone who prefers white rice, I was grateful.

Since the tuna is pickled, the Negitoro served with wasabi and soy sauce. So delicious! It was a hot day, but the noodles were delicious. I think the quality is high for this price at this location. I will visit again if I have a chance. It seems that they are open in the evening and serve set meals, but if the set meals are sold out, they won't have them in the evening, so if you want to eat a set meal in the evening, they will keep it for you if you make a reservation in the morning.
