::Thank you for taking care of me for about 3 weeks after I was hospitalized with acute pneumonia. It was my first time being hospitalized, so there were a lot of things I didn't understand, but the doctors, nurses, physical therapists, Mr. Duskin, and other staff members who were involved were polite and reliable, and I felt really at ease. . He was very helpful and came right away when I received a nurse call, day or night. I especially felt anxious at night, so the quick response was reassuring. The hospital food was changed according to my physical condition, so I was able to eat even when I had no appetite. I was grateful. After I was hospitalized, I was in so much pain that I was overwhelmed, but thanks to everyone's generous care, I was able to recover. Rehabilitation as I started to recover was also a great change of pace. For me, it was an unforgettable stay in the hospital. If I ever end up in the hospital again (although it's best not to, haha), I'd like to ask for your help here. I was surprised by the low reviews, but Every situation is different and everyone feels it differently. It’s true that the facilities have changed over time and have become nicer lol It didn't bother me though. The night view from the window made me feel at ease. The electricity in the hospital is dark, there are many power saving announcements being made in the inpatient wards, and there is no cleaning staff in the wards, so the hospital is full of dust. Even though I rented a hospital gown, they didn't let me change into my pajamas, and when my family noticed that I was sleeping in my clothes the next day, they finally brought me a hospital gown. They wouldn't let me take a bath, so I rented one, but they just took my money and wouldn't lend me a towel, so I thought it was a waste of time to rent towels. Nurse calls continue to be ignored.

Even though I'm paying for this communication fee, I can't connect quickly. Reservation changes will not be accepted unless you contact us between 2pm and 4pm on weekdays. However, the line is weak and I can't connect within 2 hours. I called 17 times in two days, but could not get through, so I went directly to the hospital. Even though I answered the operator's persistent questions, when I was connected to the department in charge, I had to explain again. If so, I want you to turn it quickly. Doctors, nurses, rehabilitation staff, etc. do not understand the hospital's methods and systems. You will only know what is correct when you ask the medical department. Information is not shared within the hospital. I don't know who to ask to know what's right. No matter who you ask, it will take a long time to get an answer. The response from the nurses and the reception desk of the department in charge is very poor. They only say what's convenient for the hospital or themselves, and they don't give any reasons or explanations. There is no consideration for patients and no communication is possible. Some nurses are fluent in Japanese. Nurses and people in the medical affairs department only say what is convenient for them, and do not try to understand what the other person wants to say or know. They don't respond to what I'm asking, and only state their own opinions. Even if you ask someone something, it takes a long time to answer, and they are often wrong. I think the hospital staff are not properly trained. Some nurses won't even say their name no matter how many times you ask. Even though he is wearing his own name tag. I don't understand why you can't tell me your name. I don't think the abilities of the doctors or the quality of medical care is high. I do not recommend this hospital because the doctors, nurses, medical staff at the front desk, rehabilitation therapists, etc. are very bad. It's often uncomfortable and time-consuming, and things don't go smoothly. Even though I'm not feeling well, it's only going to get worse and I feel very anxious about getting treatment. I have conveyed my complaints and requests to the Medical Affairs Division many times, but the response has never improved. I think it's better for you not to go to this hospital if you have a major illness.

Of course it's a big hospital, but there are reliable doctors, warm nurses, and Duskin staff who clean the room every day...Who is this person among them? ? I didn't have that thought.
