::In my opinion, this hospital is very good for foreigners. The doctors, nurses, and staff here are all very kind and helpful. I am very grateful to them.

::Being a foreigner, I had Tamra, International medical coordinator, assigned to me. She helped me through the whole process from start to finish. I do not speak Japanese so she was a major help to me. Also the cleanliness efficiency and professionalism of everyone that works at this hospital was so great to experience when I was going through a difficult time. I would recommend to any foreigner that needs medical help. Thank you to the whole team!!

::I had to attend the Osaka Red Cross Hospital today for assistance with a broken leg. Firstly, this hospital is very accommodating for foreigners. Our initial conversation we performed through our rudimentary Japanese and google translate, and once we needed more specialised care, a wonderful nurse with excellent english skills took over. From there I received not only excellent care, but quick service. This Nurse was the gold standard in a health professional. Once she understood the unique challenges my case presented, she took complete control, and it felt like the hospital worked for her. The doctor I saw was extremely knowledgeable, very caring and helped to fill out the documents I needed for my flight home. The nurses were attentive, and they would have a seat organised, or a form needed, or the next consult room prepped and ready to go before I even needed it. It was not reactionary care, it was all preemptive. It not only made the experience quick, but it reassured me along the process. All in all, it was the epitome of care, first class health care, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

::An excellent place to go for foreigners who do not speak Japanese in Osaka! I was really struggeling to find a suitable hospital with English speaking doctors in Osaka first, but then i luckily came across this one. The hospital staff really went out of their way to translate everything for me and the relevant documents are all available in English. Normally you can only come before 11:30am if you do not have a recommendation letter or are a new patient, but the reception staff still made it possible for me to see two different doctors. During the whole time in the hospital an english-speaking nurse accompanied me and made sure I understand all the procedures which was extremely helpful! If you are also hesitating to which hospital to go to i can highly recommend to go to this one!

::If there are any foreigners need medical assistance, this is the right hospital to go to. When I got there, the security guard escorted me to the registration counter for registration. He don't know a work of English but he knows his job. At the counter, I was greeted with a man who use a translator and asked me to fill up some forms. Checking allergy, medical issues and travel history etc. A nurse cane later to take blood pressure, temperature and other basic checks. We waited awhile and saw the doctor, he gave advise on what are the possibilities that caused the illness. My daughter has vomited many times. He advice on stool text and result came out to be norovirus caused by eating raw oysters 2 days ago. We then made payment and collected medicine. All of them used translator. Communication was not an issue. We were treated by top class medical experts. Always polite, all professionals. Can't get any better.
